On Windows Vista systems you will need to add SkyFex website https://skyfex.com to the Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites zone.
Please follow the steps below:

Go to "Internet Options" in "Tools" menu

Go to "Security" tab, select "Trusted Sites" zone and then click on "Sites" button

Add https://skyfex.com website to the Trusted Sites zone

After adding website you may need to Refresh current webpage or restart Internet Explorer
