Ask the client to open Internet Explorer and go to https://skyfex.com/client/.
The client should give you Client ID number that will appear on the SkyFex page.
Three! Join the client to the session.
Enter that ID number into "Client ID" field and click the "Connect Client" button.
Done! Now you see client's computer desktop in real time!
At any time your client can leave assistance session by pressing the "Leave Session" button. You also can disconnect client from the session with "Disconnect Client" button.
