SkyFex allows to see and, optionally, control everything that is happening on the remote computer desktop. Client's remote computer desktop will be displayed
in the browser window of Expert computer. The service is free. There is no any fee for registration and service usage.
SkyFex Remote Assistant does not require additional software installation neither on expert computer nor on the remote one.
There is no need to configure anything. To start the session, just open the web page in Internet Explorer.
Do not worry about your and your party's Windows version, Internet connection and network configuration.
The service determines all necessary settings and works through any firewall and proxy.
SkyFex client does not need any special knowledge to join expert assistance session. All he needs to do:
- Open https://skyfex.com/client/ in the browser.
- Answer "Yes" to standard Internet Explorer ActiveX installation questions (it will happen at the first service use only).
- Give six-digit Client ID to Expert.
Expert enters
Client ID into the appropriate field and the client will be joined to the assistance session.
The service works 24/7. You can use it on any computer that has Windows and Internet connection.
You do not need to worry about program upgrade and compatibility issues -
you and your contact person will always work with the same and the most up-to-date service version.
SkyFex guarantees data security. SkyFex Remote Assistant is developed following security industry standards and with strong user privacy in mind.
SkyFex will not modify files and data on expert and client computers. The service is secured by 128-bit
