Do I need to register a SkyFex account?

To access your unattended computers (home or office PCs, etc.), you do have to register an account. To learn how to do remote access, be sure to read this article.

A remote session is created between a user who has a SkyFex account (Expert) and a user who does not (Client).

The Expert logs in and invites the Client to join a session. The Client does not need an account.

No expertise is required from the Client. The Client just clicks Get Assistance in the top right corner at www.skyfex.com and follows Expert's instructions.

This way, if you are going to be in the role of the Expert, you will need to get a free SkyFex account. Clients do not need to have accounts.
